Walking Around Your Center Line
Listed by the publisher as “Walking Around Your Center Line - Feldenkrais”
Starting in standing, this lesson explores the midline through weight shifting and turning. Participants then move to the floor to investigate how shortening and lengthening the legs, lifting the shoulders, and tilting the pelvis coordinate with the movement of the head and spine. The practice concludes with walking to integrate these internal relationships.
