Listed by the publisher as “violin arms – kinesophics”

This lesson explores the movement of the shoulder blades and rib cage by sliding the forearms against each other while sitting and lying. Participants investigate the relationship between the arms, head, and pelvis to discover how the torso supports arm movement. It concludes with complex arm interlacing to explore the path of the elbows.
