Violin Arms

The instructor guides a series of arm and shoulder explorations by crossing and sliding the forearms against one another while sitting and lying down. The practice focuses on observing how the shoulder blades, ribs, and pelvis participate in these movements, eventually reaching toward the ears and interlacing hands in non-habitual ways.
