Tilting Knees to the Inside
The instructor guides an exploration of hip and spine mobility through leg movements while lying on the back. Participants practice tilting one knee inward at a time to sense how leg movement rolls the pelvis and affects the ribs, shoulders, and neck. The lesson concludes by exploring these connections in propped-up and sitting positions.
