Sliding Hand and Knee in Sidelying

Listed by the publisher as “sliding hands and knees – kinesophics”

The lesson begins with a body scan and head-rolling on the back before moving to sidelying. Participants explore sliding the top arm forward and back, then the top leg, and eventually coordinate both together in parallel and contrary directions. The practice concludes by observing the resulting asymmetry while standing and walking.
