Sitting and Lying: Leg Arcs with Toe Hooks
Listed by the publisher as “sitting – kinesophics”
The lesson begins by using an index finger to hook the big toe while sitting. Participants explore lifting the leg, unfolding the knee, and passing the knee from one side of the elbow to the other. The practice transitions between sitting and lying on the back to investigate how the torso and pelvis support leg mobility.
