Simple Self-Hug - Feldenkrais Project

The lesson begins lying on the back, exploring different ways to cross the arms over the chest in a self-hug. Participants practice gently rolling the torso from side to side using the hands to draw the shoulder blades away from the spine. The movements evolve to include head rotation and small shifts of the torso along the floor.
