Interlacing Toes and Fingers
Listed by the publisher as “side-sitting – kinesophics”
This lesson explores the feet and toes through guided movement, beginning on the back and moving into sitting. Students practice interlacing fingers with toes and eventually interlacing the toes of both feet together. The movements focus on differentiating the joints of the foot and challenging habitual coordination by pairing hand and foot interlacing while rolling.
