Transitioning from Side-Sitting to All Fours
Listed by the publisher as “side-sitting – kinesophics”
The lesson begins with an exploration of shifting from a side-sitting position onto hands and knees using momentum. Participants then move onto all fours to refine the movement by pivoting the feet, flexing the ankles, and rotating the leg. Finally, they return to the initial sitting challenge to apply these refined movements with greater control and less effort.
