Shoulder Girdle and Forearm Sliding

Listed by the publisher as “shoulder girdle – kinesophics”

The lesson begins by exploring the contact of the shoulder blades on the floor. In sitting and lying positions, participants cross their forearms and slide them against each other in various directions, exploring the sliding of the shoulder blades against the ribs. The movements eventually incorporate pelvic shifts and head rotations to further free the shoulder girdle.
