Exploring the Five Lines of Self-Image
Listed by the publisher as “self-image – kinesophics”
The instructor guides an exploration of five abstract lines representing the skeleton: the spine and the four limbs. The practice involves lifting the head, shoulders, and hips while lying down to notice how these movements affect the internal sense of these directions. Eventually, students sit and lean on their hands to explore diagonal connections across the torso.
