Rolling to Sit with Feet Together
Listed by the publisher as “rolling over elbows – kinesophics”
Participants start lying on their back and sitting with the soles of their feet together. Through guided explorations, they arch the back, tilt the pelvis, and eventually roll 360 degrees from lying to sitting. The lesson focuses on organizing the core and spine to lift the feet and head while maintaining a non-habitual leg position.
