Rolling Arms and Spinal Coordination
The lesson begins with a body scan to observe how the torso and limbs contact the floor. Students then explore rolling the arms into internal and external rotation, first in isolation and then coordinated with lifting the head or pelvis. The practice transitions to sitting to integrate these rotations with spinal side-bending and weight-shifting.
