Rolling a Ball to Complete the Self-Image

This lesson explores sensory mapping and movement on the stomach using a visualization technique. Participants imagine a weighted ball rolling along the surface of their body, eventually using small undulating movements of the legs, pelvis, and back to physically roll the imaginary ball across the diagonal of the spine.
