Rolling a Ball Through the Self-Image
Listed by the publisher as “rolling a ball – kinesophics”
The instructor guides an exploration of the body's internal map by tracing lines from the limbs through the spine. Lying on the front, participants imagine a weighted ball rolling along these lines, eventually using small undulating movements to move the ball. The lesson concludes by rocking the ball through the arch of the back using coordinated lifts of the limbs.
