Reaching to Roll – kinesophics
The lesson begins with a body scan lying on the back before moving to the side to explore arm movements. Participants investigate how reaching toward the ceiling and lowering the shoulder blade can coordinate with movements of the head, chest, and pelvis to initiate a roll. The practice concludes by mentally rehearsing these actions on the second side.
