Reaching to Roll
The lesson begins with a body scan lying on the back to observe floor contact. Participants move to lying on one side, exploring how reaching one arm toward the ceiling initiates a rotation of the chest and head. The sequence eventually coordinates these movements to roll the whole body between the back and the side with minimal effort.
