Oscillations and Rolling from One Side

Listed by the publisher as “Oscillations “Jello Pudding” – kinesophics”

This lesson uses rhythmic pushing and pulling from the feet and hands to explore how movement travels through the spine. Participants practice these oscillations on their back and stomach, eventually using a single foot and hand to roll the torso and head while maintaining coordination between the pelvis and shoulders.
