Oscillations and Spine Lengthening

This lesson uses an oscillating rhythm to explore how force travels from the feet through the spine to the head. Beginning on the back and moving to the front, participants use subtle ankle and foot movements to create a rocking motion that eventually integrates the use of the hands and arms to shift the entire side of the body.
