On the Stomach: Coordinating Head and Knee
This session explores movements while lying face down to coordinate the spine, head, and pelvis. Participants drag one knee up toward the shoulder while looking underneath the arm, eventually imagining and then performing movements where the forehead, mouth, or chin reach toward the knee.
