Mapping the Head and Mouth Cavities

This lesson focuses on refining the internal image of the head. Participants use their tongue to map the roof and floor of the mouth, then move into a mental exploration of the eye sockets, jaw joints, and the inner cavity of the skull. The session concludes by comparing these internal sensations with external touch and breathing.
