Line of Effort
The lesson begins with a seated exploration of bone structure and pressure. Participants then move to lying on their front to visualize and eventually guide a weighted ball rolling along precise skeletal lines through the limbs and across the torso. The practice concludes with a subtle rocking motion to coordinate movement between the opposite arm and leg.
