Leaning on the Hands and Twisting

The lesson begins with a brief kneeling test before moving to the floor. Most of the practice occurs while lying face down, focusing on movements of the ankles, pelvis, and shoulders. Through pressing the hands and lifting the elbows, participants explore twisting the spine and coordinating the shoulder blades with the movements of the legs and head.
