The instructor guides an exploration of rotation while sitting with legs folded to one side. Participants move their trunk, head, and eyes in coordinated and then contrasting directions to refine spinal mobility. The second half of the lesson repeats these movements through mental imagery to observe how imagination influences physical ease and symmetry.
