The instructor guides participants through movements that distinguish between tilting the head and sliding the head at the base of the skull. Participants explore drawing circles with the top of the head to create a cone shape and moving the entire head horizontally to trace its circumference. These explorations occur while sitting, lying on the back, front, and sides.
