Participants begin by lying on their stomachs, sliding one knee up along the floor while observing how the pelvis rolls. This movement is then practiced on the back using imagination. The lesson progresses to sweeping the arms in large arcs while turning the torso and bending the knees, eventually exploring leg extensions while supported on the hands and knees.
