This lesson explores the relationship between specialized breathing and leg flexibility. Participants practice a four-part equal-length breathing cycle while lying on the back and sitting. This rhythm is then maintained during increasingly complex movements, including folding the toes and bringing one foot underneath the pelvis while lying down.
