Beginning with a breathing exercise on the back, students move to lying on their stomachs to explore leg and head movements. They practice bending one knee at a time, eventually sliding the knee outward while tilting the foot inward. The lesson culminates in asymmetrical spinal twists and crossing the ankles while prone to observe torso flexibility and breathing.
