The instructor guides an exploration of spinal rotation and mobility from a face-down position. Participants roll the pelvis side-to-side, slide one knee up at a time, and trace circular movements with the crown of the head. These varied movements investigate how the entire length of the spine and the chest contribute to easy neck rotation.
