Listed by the publisher as “http://media.blubrry.com/kinesophics/kinesophics.ca/directaudio/FootThroughArmRing.mp3”
The lesson begins by attempting to thread a foot through the space formed by interlaced fingers while standing. Students then move to the floor to explore foot and leg mobility through small ankle movements and lifting the leg. Finally, the class returns to the standing challenge after further variations on their sides and sitting.
