Head passing under the frame of the arm – kinesophics

Participants begin on all fours, sliding one arm through the space under the opposite arm to lower the head and shoulders toward the floor. The practice involves tracing different paths with the arm and turning the head to look through the resulting frame. Finally, small weight shifts and pelvic movements are introduced while resting on one shoulder.
