Head and Shoulder Under the Frame of the Arm

Listed by the publisher as “Head passing under the frame of the arm – kinesophics”

This lesson explores rotating the upper body while on hands and knees. Participants practice sliding one arm through different spaces on the floor—under the opposite arm, between the legs, or out to the side—to bring the head and shoulder toward the ground. The practice investigates how the shoulders move relative to each other and the pelvis.
