Walking Backward with Lightness

Listed by the publisher as “growing taller – kinesophics”

Participants begin by scanning their internal sense of aliveness before moving to standing. Using a chair or windowsill for support, they explore shifting weight backwards onto one heel while consciously lengthening the spine to maintain a feeling of lightness. The lesson concludes with slow, mindful walking backwards to integrate these connections between the heel, hip, and head.
