Scissor Leg Explorations from Prone and Sitting

Listed by the publisher as “from lying to sitting – kinesophics”

This lesson begins with movements on the stomach, rolling the pelvis and exploring how the spine responds to the rotation. Participants slide their knees toward their elbows and cross their legs behind them while lying prone. The practice then moves into sitting with the legs extended, using scissoring leg movements to investigate the connection between the pelvis and spine.
