From Crawling to Side-Sitting
Listed by the publisher as “From crawling to sitting – kinesophics”
This session explores transitions between crawling on hands and knees and side-sitting on the floor. Students investigate how movement of the head and eyes influences the spine and pelvis while shifting weight backward and forward. The practice emphasizes finding a smooth, reversible path through the hips and back to sit to either side and return to crawling.
