Listed by the publisher as “Free Your Torso for Better Posture, Walking, and Running - Feldenkrais Project”

Starting in standing, this lesson uses the sternum as a reference point for movements of the torso. Through varied explorations on each side, participants learn to differentiate or coordinate the shoulders and hips. The practice concludes with walking to observe how these torso movements influence posture and gait.
