The instructor guides participants through movement sequences on the stomach and back to investigate side-bending and spinal coordination. Participants explore lifting limbs in prone positions, sliding the head and shoulders laterally while lying down, and rolling the pelvis. These explorations culminate in complex movements that connect the pelvis, ribs, and shoulders for improved trunk flexibility.
