The lesson begins in side-sitting before moving to the floor. Most of the practice involves lying on the back with one ankle crossed over the opposite knee. From this position, participants explore tilting the legs, lifting the lower leg like a tray, and pivoting the ankle joint to improve hip and lower leg mobility.
