Coordinating Side-Bending and Rotation

Listed by the publisher as “face down – Page 2 – kinesophics”

This lesson alternates between lying face down and face back to explore spinal side-bending and rotation. Participants move their head, shoulders, and legs in coordinated patterns that lengthen one side of the body while shortening the other. The practice concludes by integrating these movements into a complex lifting and rolling sequence.
