On the Stomach: Head to Knee

Listed by the publisher as “face down – kinesophics”

Participants begin on their backs before moving to their stomachs to investigate the relationship between the head, spine, and legs. By sliding one knee up and looking under the arm, students explore how various head positions—leading with the forehead, mouth, or chin—influence the curve of the back and the organization of the pelvis.
