Spine and Eyes in the Sphinx Position

Listed by the publisher as “eyes – kinesophics”

The lesson begins with sensing the central axis of the spine while lying on the back. Participants then move to their stomach to practice lifting the head and pecking forward like a bird while propped on elbows. The movements integrate eye focus and shoulder rotations to explore spinal mobility and ease in the neck.
