Eye Movements and Focal Length

This lesson focuses on the movement of the eyes under closed lids. Participants practice tracing smooth arcs along the horizon and shifting focal length from far to near. The exploration includes moving the eyes in opposition to the head while lying on the back and then face down to improve visual tracking and neck coordination.
