Rolling an Imaginary Ball to Connect the Self-Image
Listed by the publisher as “extensors – Page 2 – kinesophics”
Participants begin by scanning the length of their limbs and spine while lying on their back. The lesson then transitions to lying on the front to imagine a weighted ball rolling along the body's high points from one foot to the opposite hand. This mental imagery is later integrated with gentle lifting of the limbs to physically roll the ball.
