Extending arms and knees – kinesophics

This lesson explores the relationship between the shoulders and the pelvis through side-lying spinal twists. Participants slide their arms and knees forward to soften the chest before lifting an arm vertically to explore how the shoulder blade moves toward the floor. The lesson concludes with a curling movement to integrate the expansive twists.
