Coordinating Hips and Shoulders in Seated Twists

The instructor guides students through seated leg and arm movements to explore the relationship between the hips, shoulders, and spine. Participants practice sliding their legs while sitting with folded legs, rounding and arching the back while twisted, and drawing large circles in the air to improve coordination between the pelvis and upper body.
