Elbows in Crooks

The instructor guides an exploration of the shoulder girdle and arm coordination while sitting. Participants nest one elbow into the crook of the other and move the free hand to touch various parts of the head and shoulders, eventually progressing to complex movements where they thread one arm through the other while holding individual fingers.
