Pressure Waves and Rolling the Bridge

Listed by the publisher as “Continuing the bridge, with pressure waves – kinesophics”

This guided practice begins with sensing how different parts of the body rest on the floor. Participants explore creating gentle pressure against the ground, first in isolation and then as a continuous wave traveling through the skeleton. The lesson proceeds to rolling movements using one hand and foot to lift and rotate the body.
