Connecting the Head and Knee on the Stomach
Participants lie on their stomachs to explore the relationship between the head, neck, and whole spine. The lesson involves sliding one knee up along the floor while looking under the arm to find a path that connects head rotation to pelvic movement. Later, participants use mental imagery to transfer the learning from one side of the body to the other.
