Sitting Rotation and Eye Coordination

Listed by the publisher as “Classic Rotation Sitting – kinesophics”

The teacher guides participants through side-sitting movements that focus on rotating the trunk to one side. The lesson explores how movements of the eyes and head, as well as shifts in the pelvis, can facilitate or constrain the body's ability to turn comfortably. The second half of the lesson involves performing these same patterns using mental imagery.
