Classic Pelvis and Leg Coordination

Listed by the publisher as “A classic Feldenkrais lesson – Part 2 - Pelvis and Legs”

The instructor guides movements while lying on one side with the knees bent. You will explore sliding the top knee forward and back, first allowing the whole body to participate and then restricting the shoulders by locking the arms together. This process repeats on the other side to investigate how the pelvis and spine coordinate.
